Our team is a growing group of internationally certified organsiation design experts, CODPs, with approved credentials by an independent professional consortium: the collaboration of ODC (Organsiation Design Community), the ODF (the Organisation Design Forum of the US) and the EODF (the European Organisation Design Forum). 

All our consultants have completed our Native in Change course as an educational pre-requisit to the certification and proven minimum of 1040 hours of professional work within 2 years. 

We cover different continents and different language requirements.
